Good location and comfy bed offered a nice respite after several days in the bush
Breakfast was less than average and the WiFi was quite poor. Also bar service was inattentive.

Calm atmosphere amid the chaos of Arusha. Clean. Good entrance area. Nice staff.
Poor value for money. It's the most expensive place we stayed in Tanzania, but also the worst. For the cost, I would expect there to be soap in the soap dispensers, to have bathrobes, better furnishings, a better coffee/tea station, more bottled water, a tastier breakfast...
After coming from safari, if a mid-range camp in the middle of the Serengeti can have more luxury touches, I expect more from a hotel in town
