Perfect Location for Arena

Location Air conditioning Staff very friendly and helpful

Having to collect key from another building. It was quite a distance with luggage. Rubbish left from previous guest. Some dusty items. Light over bed not working.

Verona is beautiful place . If cleanness improve I would happily recommend

Fantastic location ,walking distance to everything.we came in 2hours earlier and was able to check in straight away which was a bonus for us

Since first day we noticed water leak under sink in the bathroom and also quilt was very dirty a stained also no bedding sheet which is expected as a basic standard. Sent message to report it but someone only dropped towel on the floor under sink to help with vet floor but nothing was done about bedding that’s why I can’t rate 10/10

Visiting beautiful Verona

The location could not be better. A few steps away from the theater (arena) in the middle of the old town. The flat was nice with coffee machine, fridge etc. The bed was good too. Everything was working including the AC. Easy to get the keys just a block away from the apartment.

I think the host could have paid more attention to the details in the kitchen. No small spoons, just one egg cup. The bathroom was nice with fairly new bathroom zink, toilet etc but was in desperat need of new caulk.

We will certainly stay there again when we go back to Verona

per noi che volevamo seguire l'opera all'arena la posizione era ottima, molto vicino a piazza Bra. l'arredamento della camera era semplice e funzionale e completo di tutto il necessario. non ho pagato la tassa di soggiorno, perchè ho più di 75 anni.

great location. super nice check-in/out staff

ceiling shower didn’t work at all, only hand shower without wall mount. Bathroom not clean. Bath mat not laundered :-( Ew. Manager doesn’t do anything to fix things.
