Also in the vicinity of 1 to 2 kilometers there is many more beautiful sandy/rocky beaches and other activites regarding water. The house is just 50 meters apart from the gas station, biggest supermarket in the area, bank, exchange office, ATM, bakery, meat market, post office.... There is very good restaurant recomended by many foreign guests called "Ankora" and its just 5 minutes walking from the house. Aswell there is many more restaurants nearby. Trail and bike paths are accesible not far away from house. Also worth of mentioning is that the house is situated just 100 meters from the main road connecting the freeway (Airport), the city of Pula (5km away) and most stuning and beautiful nature park Cape Kamenjak (3 km away).
