Nestled in Haines City, this charming villa for $121 per night is a great choice for your next trip. This recently decorated property sleeps 8 people and for the comfort of all our guests is non-smoking - however smoking is permitted on the patio area. The property is spacious with two lounge areas and all bathrooms have been updated and modernised. It is fully equipped with linens, towels, dishes, flatware, cooking essentials, a washer machine and dryer for your use and comfort. The private pool is secluded and can be heated during the winter months (additional charge applies). The community is gated with 24 hour security, and just outside the gates you will find a 24 hour Wal-Mart Supercenter, plus a variety of restaurants, fast food outlets, and other shops. A shopping mall and cinema complex is just a short drive away. The estate facilities include a small fitness room, community swimming pools, tennis courts, and a children's play area. You can also visit the golf clubhouse (a short walk) where they have a friendly bar and restaurant (children welcome). The property is ideally situated for golfing, the Parks and is only an hour away from the stunning beaches.

The house was exactly as described, we added the heated pool and we got to enjoy it with the January temperatures! Peaceful backyard and neighbourhood, already recommended to family and they have reserved in 2025. We will be looking for availabilities and going back !

The home was very welcoming as you walked through the door. as was the very quiet neighborhood. The house was as expected, very clean and well equipped. Communication with the homeowners couldn't have gone any smoother. Anything you need is very close by with, many choices to grab a bite. We would recommend this home to anyone as well as rent ourselves again.

Home was very modern & updated, in a great neighborhood. Very convenient to town & far enough away from all the traffic. One level home with plenty of room & comfortable accommodations for our group. The pool was a great addition also. Would also like to add that the property owner was great in responding to all of our questions & concerns. Very prompt & reliable. Hope to stay here in future trips to Haines City, Fl. We have already been asked to come back to the same Church next year during this time so, hopefully we can stay here again. If you are looking for a very clean & modern furnished home in Haines City this is the place!!! I have stayed in several homes in this area & this is excellent!!

We had a lovely stay in Southern Dunes, our villa was very comfortable and clean. It was well equipped with plenty of towels etc. very close to lots of shopping etc. a little far out from the parks, but I’m sure that was reflected in the cost.

I rented the house in Southern Dunes for the month of April. The area is safe and quiet and close to a grocery store and Walmart. The house was just as advertised. The pool was enjoyed by all.

We rented this property for a Disney/Universal Studios trip. House was clean, check in process was easy and hassle free. Prompt response from owner and property manager. The commute to the parks was a bit longer than expected, it took 45 -60 minutes to get there because of traffic and construction but overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Overall the place was very nice . It was very warm though. I think because we didn't know how to adjust the temperature,but the house is really nice and the neighborhood is nice. We felt very safe because it's a gated community. The pool was nice. The bedrooms are spacious and the entire house was very clean.

Beautiful spacious home. Quiet and peaceful. Everything was as it should be and more and fit description very well. We had no issues , easy access to home, & short distance to shopping. communication & response time was great . Could not have had a more enjoyable week! We do plan to stay return in future.

This experience was the perfect VRBO experience! The property was exactly as described, all details were well communicated, there was no reason to contact the property manager as everything was already provided! The property is in the perfect location with Walmart and Dollar tree along with plenty of other stores and restaurants right outside the gated community.

Great house that is just as described. Evelyn was one of the most responsive hosts I've dealt with. Prompt and thorough. The house was set up perfectly for our family stay that ranged from ages 1 - grandparents. Very much appreciated the onsite pack in play, highchair and stroller. Hope to be back again soon.
