Located in Haines City, this lovely house for $140 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. This luxurious 4 bedroom 3 bath home is located in the prestigious community of Calabay Parc at Tower Lake and has been furnished and decorated with many additional features to make your stay a memorable one. The 2 master bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and king beds. The 3rd bedroom has a queen bed and the 4th bedroom has 2 twin beds. The 3rd and 4th bedrooms share the 3rd bathroom. All bedrooms have flat screen TVs and DVD players. In addition to Central Air conditioning ceiling fans enhance your night time comforts in each bedroom and the family room. The family room has a 50 inch HD TV with Blu-Ray/DVD Player with cable service. The extended pool deck is the full width of the house allowing plenty of room for you to soak up the sun on the comfortable pool furniture. Night time lighting adds to your enjoyment in the pool or spa. A 5 burner gas grill is also provided for your enjoyment. Your whole family will enjoy the games room with its 7 foot pool table, air hockey table, Nintendo Wii (with games), and electronic dart board. The cushioned floor and toy box caters to our younger guests. We provide free long distance land lines to USA, Canada, UK, and Europe so you can keep in touch with family and friends back home. You may also bring your computer to take advantage of our free high speed secure internet. All of this luxury comes with the additional security of a child safety fence in the pool area, a fire/intruder security system, a small safe, and high level locks on all doors. For younger guests, we provide a high chair, pack and play and stroller. Our friendly and professional management company is located just minutes away if help or advice is needed. A full size washer and dryer is furnished for our guests use as well. NOTE: This is a self-catering vacation. Minimum supplies of toilet tissue, soap and trash bags will be placed in your home for your arrival. Additional supplies should be purchased throughout your stay. Please note the rental rate posted does not include spa or pool heat. Please contact us for information on pricing for spa and/or pool heat prior to finalizing the reservation.

The house was in a gated community. We love walking and felt very safe while walking. The people of the neighborhood were very friendly, and our grandson loved the game room and pool! Hosts were super nice and helpful.

Could not have been more happy with the property during our five night stay. The size and number of bedrooms was perfect for the five adults and two children. The property was clean and well kept. Property manager were easy to communicate with and quick to respond. Check in and out was a breeze. We will definitely keep this property in mind for future trips.

Doug and Kathy are excellent hosts. Welcoming information very helpful and thorough. Home is in a secure neighborhood. Pool was a great feature. Home is clean and notes are around the house to explain features. This is a toddler friendly house. We appreciated the closeness to Legoland. We hope to stay here on our next trip!

The property was just what wanted and was in a very nice area. We hope to stay in this house again sometime. We added the pool and spa heat to our stay. We spent the evenings in the pool and it was well worth adding the heat option. The house was bigger than we needed but was very nice.

We stayed here between December 15-21. The home come equipped with everything you need for your stay. The pool/spa was amazing as well as the game room. It has activities for all ages. We went to Disney during our stay and your looking at around 30-45 minutes from the parks with traffic. Doug was easily reached if you needed anything. Great stay overall

House was as described. We were in Haines city for my husband to run the half IronMan event and the location was excellent for that. The house was overall clean but some of the towels could definitely use replacing and the game room floor seemed a bit like it needs to be cleaned. We didn’t really use it so it was ok. Doug and Kathy were quick to respond to any questions.

The house was perfect for us! It was great having a pool with a ‘fence’ for the little ones. Went to use the grill and the propane was empty. Had to go get a tank then later found a full tank in the in the game room of all places! It was hidden in a corner of the room. Overall it was a positive experience and we would rent it again!!

Everything was so clean, so easy, and exactly as described. We very much enjoyed the heated pool and the spa, and having two king rooms was a huge plus. Great location close to the airport and convenient to everything else we could have possibly wanted. Loved that it was toddler friendly as well. The owners were very communicative and easy to book with. We will absolutely look to stay here first the next time we're back in the area.

We stayed for 3 weeks, and was very pleased with how comfortable this house was. Very well equipped for adults and children alike. The owner got back to you very quickly when you emailed them. We loved the safe community with sidewalks for walks around the neighbourhood.

The complete stay and the place was tops in our book. Doug, Terry and all that we have been in touch with were just fine and the best ever. Weather has been great, Spa was greatest along with the exercise room down the street that we enjoyed very much. Hope to come back.

We were down from New York to attend a funeral. Upon arrival, we found the villa to be well maintained and nicely furnished. The neighborhood was very quiet. The property is close to Walmart and restaurants in the area. Doug was responsive before and after our visit. A thumbs up visit!

We had an amazing experience here! It was a perfect getaway. The house was clean. The pool was perfect for the kids. The gate around the pool was just what we were looking for with our 1 year old. The game room was an added bonus for the kids when they needed a break from the pool. The neighborhood was quiet. It was truly a home away from home. We look forward to working with Doug again.
