Perfect location to walk to most areas. Very well updated apartment, light and airy. My friends and I greatly enjoyed our stay and the fact that the rental folk left complimentary slippers with each towel set. However, as women around 70 years of age, there were a few concerns.The main issue was that I had booked this specific apartment because there was an elevator and with one of us with recent hip surgery that was important. However, when we arrived there was a notice on the elevator door informing that it would be out of commission for the major part of our vacation. Thus, we were climbing four flights of stairs each day and relaying our suitcases downstairs when leaving.For such a luxurious place, we were disappointed in the flat and few bed pillows provided and the missing folder usually found at VRBO places giving instructions on usage of the equipment…..we never did figure out how the microwave worked (very different to those in the USA). However the lovely rain showers went a long way to make up for this.So, advice to travelers to Europe from the USA, there is generally less accommodation made for older folk and elevators are routinely out of order everywhere and, of course, with so many historical sites, every tour includes multiple staircases, sometimes without handrails. So train before you visit and enjoy the benefits of a more robust constitution if you survive the experience.

Very good locations and nice apartment. One thing, it could do with more soft furnishings as it was very echoing. The tv is a little slow if your kids watch Netflix etc and more bedding could be a bonus. Overall a nice big apartment in a great spot

Lovely apartment and close to all amenities. We would recommend.
Some small things -
No Bin bags.
No Surface wiping cloths- we had to buy these ourselves, which we left.
More than one dish cloth.
The rug under the table - corner needs sorting
Better privacy curtains in bedrooms & bathroom.
Better pillows.

Nice apartment and great area. Place has 3 good rooms. There is no sounds proofing and the walls are paper thin.
The WiFi is absolutely terrible. Couldn’t make a Skype, WhatsApp or video call. It works does r work etc.
management didn’t take the complaint seriously and that’s very disappointing when you pay the price you pay.
