Le logement est très bien situé dans le centre historique (à 5 minutes de l'horloge et moins de 15 minutes à pied des principaux lieux à visiter)
L'appartement est grand, le salon est très agréable et dispose d'une belle vue
Les échanges pour récupérer les clés sont fluides
L'état des salles de bain doit être amélioré : baignoire pas propre, le pommeau de la douche était cassé et l'eau sort donc dans tous les sens, le robinet du lavabo est très haut et donc l'eau gicle partout
Un des matelas est très mou
Les portes d'une chambre et une salle de bain sont très lourdes

Noi eravamo in tre e l’appartamento si trova nella Città vecchia, in pieno centro storico, in una posizione ideale e zona tranquilla, a poca distanza dalla piazza dell’orologio astronomico, dai principali monumenti e dalle strade dello shopping. Le chiavi di ritirano all’hotel Karlova, a poca distanza a piedi.
Ha un ingresso e un’ampia zona giorno con cucina, dotata di macchina per capsule Nespresso, tostapane, microonde e lavastoviglie.
C’è un divano molto grande e comodo, una poltrona a dondolo e un’altra con pouf poggiapiedi. È presente anche la lavatrice.
In uno dei due bagni c’è il bidet.
Ha due camere da letto matrimoniali e in una c’è la doccia in camera e un piccolo bagno dove c’è il wc, a cui si accede con un gradino. Le pareti e la porta scorrevole sono completamente rivestite con degli specchi.
Se dovessi ritornare a Praga, soggiornerei senz’altro qui.
Abbiamo trovato lo specchio dietro il wc leggermente filato, ma nulla di preoccupante né pericoloso. Il lavandino è in camera, e quando si utilizza l’acqua, anche tenendola aperta al minimo, purtroppo schizza tantissimo sugli specchi.
Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato un po’ di polvere nella prima camera da letto, dietro la testiera del letto. Sempre nella prima camera da letto c’è una spaccatura sul pavimento. Nella seconda camera da letto c’è un dislivello sul pavimento tra la doccia, il letto e la finestra.
Non c’è ascensore e ci sono due rampe di scale da fare.
A parte queste cose, nel complesso ci siamo, però, trovati bene e l’appartamento è stato ideale perché silenzioso e ubicato in un edificio storico e molto tranquillo.

L'appartamento era molto spazioso, con una cucina ben fornita, un favoloso salotto e due belle camere con 1 bagno spazioso ed una con una bella doccia e WC en suite. La posizione è perfetta.
Lo staff è molto disponibile e cordiale.
Il nostro letto doppia non era comodissimo e mi sentivo sprofondare, come se non ci fosse un buon materasso a sostenermi.

Location, location, location - unbeatable! Close to everything important. The apartment itself is huge. Helpful staff.
I read reviews here that mentioned lack of cleanliness, but I was hoping that they were exaggerated. Let me tell you - they aren't.
We're really not neat freaks, but the apartmant was dirty - toilets were so gross that I cleaned them so we could use them. Cushions are full of stains and hair, curtains dirty.
However, we paid €20 cleaning fee and somebody was supposed to clean the place after the 2nd night (it says so in the apartment), but nobody came in the 6 days that we were there, everything was the way we left it each day and the towels weren't changed.
For the price, I expected a place that I don't have to clean on my vacation.
Also, there are see through curtains in the bedroom - light wakes you up every morning and everybody can see you, no privacy at all (mind you, there's a shower in the room itself and everyone can see that too).
