The area around complex, we didn’t feel safe but that was because of my disability.

Beautifully landscaped, exceptionally clean and newly remodeled.
Staff so friendly very accommodating. We were there one night before catching a cruise. The hotel took care of our transportation from the airport to the hotel. Then the next day they had a ride for us to the cruise port. I highly recommend staying here. Very safe the grounds were secured with fencing. They had cameras on the property.
The food was excellent. Wonderful breakfast for the guest in the morning. They also had dinner for us that evening. Everything was so clean and nice. The bathrooms were gorgeous. We enjoyed it very much. I would definitely stay here again.
There was nothing not to like about this property.

The staff was friendly and helpful
The receptionist called me a taxi and told the driver to take me to the wrong airport, when the driver arrived and we just left I realized that I was going the wrong way so I told him and he demanded me to pay him for coming to pick me up. Long story short I didn’t pay him, I took an uber instead but when he was leaving he proceeded to threaten me to kill me for his money!
