Location is great - right by the ferry port. the lounge area seems to be a former bar or restaurant - so theres not of space. room was big. would be good for a small family. Its close to a few restaurants and cafes.
Not seeing any staff. Someone was there one day but never came out to say hi. Shared bathroom/toilet is not ideal for some. I used the bathhouse nearby and so didnt shower at the hotel - but you can use the guesthouse's towels.

It’s so convenient- right near the ferry and pumpkin, and opposite the baths. We were a group of seven so basically had the whole place to ourselves, with our own private kitchen and bar. There was air con, laundry facilities, everything you need and it had lots of charm and personality, as well as being half the price of most things on the island

Missed a traditional bath but the showers are totally clean and comfortable

well located near the main port, but staff was difficult to contact for the check in, and I had to wait a long time.. unfortunately there were centipedes in the bedroom which was a bit scary. The toilet was shared with other rooms .
