There are three pools, the rooms are lovely and you can walk to the beach. I loved Thomas Beach. The staff were so nice and eager to help. Grab works really well here!

Its hard to say what we liked about this property. I would say the location ,in the centre of Uluwatu and 10 min walking distance to Thomas Beach . Staff was helpful and understandable with an issue we had in our room .
On our first night when entering the room we saw a big rat climbing through the wall ,as much as we understand,Bali is full of insects and other kind of animals,a rat is something we wouldn't tolerate . We ran to reception and the guy in reception gave us the option to move to a standard room (we booked a deluxe bungalow),we accepted immediately even if we had to move our staff in the middle of the night. The following day the manager (sorry I forgot the name) refunded us the difference for downgrading our room . He understood our situation and dealt with it in a polite,professional and calm way .
Breakfast was poor.
