Nice and bright apartment. Good location and very close to the town centre. Quiet, still with some places to shop and eat in the very same building. Comfortable parking lot in underground garage within the building. I would recommend!!
To help the owners:
The description of access to the building is a bit confusing. Gate code is identical to the secondary door of the building.
Kitchen tap spout, shower head and handset will need replacing as working at 50 percent. I had to tighten the shower head as the water was spraying on the bathroom wall.
One more and bigger pot in the kitchen would be great as if you would really want to cook at home you would struggle with existing pots.
Bedroom door does not have a privacy lock and opens on its own with the draft/open windows - it would be good to install one.
Last thing - bathroom extractor fan doesn’t work which causes the bedroom steaming. It already creates damage to the door frame and mirror. I would recommend to make it work to avoid more damage.

The location is very good, quite close to the city center and the Old Town. There are shops, cafés, and a free underground parking garage, which is especially convenient if you are traveling by car.
The beds were quite comfortable, and the kitchen had everything needed for a short stay.
The apartment is located on the ground floor, almost level with the sidewalk. Even with the windows closed, the noise isolation is very poor — you can clearly hear people walking outside while lying in bed. If you are a light sleeper, I would recommend choosing a different place to stay.
The apartment also looks quite worn out overall. The renovation feels dated, the bathroom furniture has visible chips and damage, and everything looks rather shabby. There was also a strong damp smell coming from the shower area. I wish the cleaning had been done more thoroughly.
Considering all of this, I personally feel that the price is significantly overpriced for the quality offered.

Overall, the apartment wasn't bad, but it was noisy in the mornings
When we arrived, the apartment smelled overwhelmingly of feces. We had to air it out for about two hours. At the very least, it would have helped to provide an air freshener or leave the windows slightly open before our arrival.
There was also a suspected attempt to scam us out of money, possibly by the cleaner. We were told that the apartment required cleaning beyond the standard scope, but the photos they sent to justify the extra charge showed a completely different apartment.
