A lovely stay at Walnut Tree Lodge.
The property is in a great location. Thanks to Liz for sending us directions beforehand otherwise it might have been quite hard to find when arriving late. The location was very peaceful and the lodge is very cosy with everything you need for cooking etc. We really appreciated the hamper on arrival plus extra touches like eggs, milk, bread and more. Thank you Liz that was very kind of you. The lodge is very private and parking is on site. We would definitely stay again in the future.

Despite being on the owner's property, the lodge feels very private and secluded. It has it's own private entrance from the driveway
Liz, the owner, showed us round and explained the facilities. Our first impression was that this was a very bright, comfortable and well equipped lodge; with everything you could need for a comfortable stay.
The welcome pack was extensive and very well stocked; we even had containers of various cereals to choose from.
The outside space is very secluded and private, and the outside seating was ideal to sit in the evening and enjoy the very hot evenings.
The village the property is located is very quiet, with good facilities.
Thank you to Liz and Dave for a very enjoyable and relaxing stay. We would definitely book again.
Nothing to dislike. The property has everything you could need, and is very well equipped.
