The entire Villa is rented in total exclusivity. In fact, since the 2020 season the owners no longer live in a side part of the Villa, as was the case in previous years until 2019. The Villa is part of an ancient 'Baglio' completely renovated, immersed in a lush garden surrounding the swimming pool and can accommodate up to 14 people, modern and equipped with all comforts, maintaining the charm of the past intact. The Villa is located in a strategic point in the Gulf of Castellammare halfway between the airports of Palermo and Trapani. One kilometer away we find restaurants, pizzerias, bars and supermarkets for all your needs. Check-in is at 05:00 PM and Check-out at 10:00 AM. Different times must be agreed with the owners and a supplement will be required. For a comfortable stay, a rental car is recommended. In the Villa there are: 5 bedrooms (2 double rooms, 2 triple rooms and 1 quadruple room) and are all equipped with TV, air conditioning, sheets, blankets, linen, towels and shower towels which cannot be used in the pool; 5 bathrooms of which 1 without shower; 1 shower by the swimming pool surrounded by green hedges, plus 5 bathrooms; 2 kitchens (indoor and outdoor with BBQ), equipped with dishwasher, and many other appliances, TV, tables for 8 people extendable up to 14 people. 2 internal lounges; 1 external lounge/living room; 1 Laundry room with washing machine and dryer. 1 Large Swimming Pool (12 meters x 6 metres) 1.2 meters deep, with the possibility of having it heated in the months from October to November and from April to May, paying a supplement. While just 30 minutes by car you can reach the city of Palermo with all its wonders and its shopping centres, Monreale, Erice, Trapani with its salt pans, Marsala with its Stagnone Nature Reserve and the island of Mothia, Castelvetrano and Selinunte with its Archaeological Park. In the Villa it is not possible to receive people other than those who have booked. If the need arises to receive relatives and friends who are not included in the booking, even without an overnight stay, you must ask the owners for authorization for acceptance and you will be asked a supplement of €35 per person per day, taking into consideration that the maximum capacity of the villa will always be for a maximum of 14 people and animals are not allowed. OPTIONAL EXTRA EXPENSES - To have the swimming pool with heated water in the months from October to November and from April to May, make a request to the owners at least 1 week before your arrival in the villa, you will be asked to pay a supplement of €150 at check-in for the pre-heating and €20 for each day for the entire duration of the stay. - If you wish to have underfloor heating, rather than electric heat pumps, during the winter months from December to March, you must ask the owners for availability, paying a supplement of €20 per day for the entire duration of your stay. - The bath/shower towels (white) present in each room cannot be used for the swimming pool and the beach. If you do not have pool/beach towels, you can rent them at a cost of €5 per towel for your entire stay. - For an early check-in, ask for availability, a supplement of €30 will be requested for each hour of extra use of the villa. - For a late check-out, ask for availability, a supplement of €30 will be requested for each hour of extra use of the villa. - To have 1 to 3 baby cots with linen included, ask for availability, a supplement of €100 will be requested for each cot, for the entire stay. - To have 1 to 3 high chairs for children, ask for availability, a supplement of €30 will be required for each high chair, for the entire stay. - For each request for extra linen change during the stay of Towels and Sheets (Supply only, without placing the beds), a supplement of €15 per person will be requested. - For any request for extra cleaning of the rooms and bathrooms during your stay, ask for the availability of external staff to carry it out, a supplement of €200 will be requested. - For each request for extra cleaning of the pool floor during your stay, a supplement of €60 will be required. - For other requests not described, ask the owners.
