Large, well stocked and wonderful location. Easy 15 min walk from train station or you can take the free Trace shuttle to The Tribunal stop type in colmar Gare to tribunal and look for LCV it’s the brown route .
Everything was great, others commented on noise from bars but if you run the AC or use a white noise app you hear nothing!

Only need to be able to turn stairs light from the top, but no big deal.

Spacious, good location.
Entry into the property is difficult when there are dinners in front of the door, also the door is very narrow so difficult to take luggage inside ,then you have to climb 4 flights of stairs ( sometimes rickety) to get to the apartment . Hot water issues , water got cold almost every time we had a shower. I have a feeling that it’s set on a timer .Had to call the hosts twice regarding this issue, they did ractify . They also pointed out to make sure the lights are turned off in all areas that we aren’t in , as electricity is very expensive!
