Close to transport & restaurants. The slat bench was very handy.
Only one seat at the table, not a big problem. Very steep narrow stairs, I'm aware this is very common in The Netherlands.

Perfect location right on the canal and near the metro. Comfortable room for one or two people visiting.
There is an odor of cat and urine in the hall/staircase not in the actual room.

Amazing location and super clean! All we needed for a weekend trip! Would definitely go back.
Only teeny tiny detail I could say is that I would have loved hand soap in the bathroom. Other wise 10/10.

The location
It’s important to mention that this is actually a studio rather than a suite, so the listing can be a little misleading.
The biggest downside is the staircase leading to the apartment. The steps are extremely narrow, and you have to place your feet sideways just to climb them. Carrying luggage up or down is very difficult and could be a real challenge for many guests.
Although I understand that the owner does not own the entire building, I believe that, considering the price charged for the accommodation, the entrance of the building should at least be kept clean. The entrance is the first impression guests have, and unfortunately it doesn’t reflect the price they are paying.
The bathroom is another weak point. The shower is extremely small, and anyone who is overweight will barely fit inside and will find it difficult to move comfortably while showering. There was also an unpleasant sewage smell coming from the bathroom drain.
