About this villa rental
This beautiful villa is located on a south facing sheltered hillside, 400m from the amazing beaches of Mikri Vigla and offers the convenience of being accessible to some of the finest beaches in the Europe, whilst retaining a level of tranquility. There are 4 bedrooms and 4 shower rooms and will comfortably sleep 9 people. The ground level consists of an open plan, fully fitted kitchen/dining and living area, 40” flat screen TV, Bose sound system, wireless internet. A self-contained apartment with double bedroom and en-suite shower room. A large shower room and washing machine. Leading on to a huge terrace with a large 45sqm swimming pool, outside shower and an outside eating area for 10 people with gardens, and fantastic views across the Aegean to other Cycladic Islands. Private driveway with off street parking for 2 cars. On the 1st floor there is a good sized shower room, master bedroom with double bed and a very large en-suite shower room, fitted cupboards and air conditioning. Double bedroom with double bed, air conditioning, fitted cupboards, double doors leading out to a large balcony with fantastic views. Please note you will be renting the owners home and not a hotel. A cleaning and laundry fee of €200.00 is payable in cash on your arrival. This cleaning and laundry fee covers your end of stay cleaning and laundry. Also it includes a mid-clean laundry change and bathroom clean if staying more than 7 nights.

The property was beautiful; we loved staying here. David was extremely helpful and flexible with the travel delays we experienced. This property is perfectly tucked away but is close to bakeries, grocery stores, restaurants and more importantly the impeccable beaches in the area. David walked us through the "Must See" locations of the island and also helped offer tips of where to eat and shop. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Perfect property for our family vacation. Great location with the village near by for everyday essentials, a short walk to the beach, a short drive to Naxos town and amazing views! The pool was fantastic, and we enjoyed several great nights on the patio. Host was great and very accomodating. Cant wait to come back!
