Spacious room, clean toilet, clean room, clean hallway, shops nearby, got Netflix, everyday housekeeping, friendly staff, strong water pressure, good mattress, pillows and towels, acceptable bfast.
-No menu provided (in the room) for in room service. Need to go to level 13 for the menu😅
-I need a little white light in room 😅

The room was huge. The bed was huge. The bed was very comfortable. The lobby is very nice. A good attempt to put some vogue furniture around. The carpark was good.
They advertise on booking.com to be sound proof. The window could not be closed, noise from outside, the door had space around and the kids running in the corridor noise came in. The hallways are grubby. I asked for the manager 5 times, never available until the assistant was at the desk on checkout. The first day I had a cold shower, no hot water , when I complained the receptionist said there is a secret , turn on the bath, shower and basin hot water at the same time and run for five minutes and the hot water will come.
