Great location, just next to the beach and short walk to the center of Nidri for all the restaurants and fun. It was nicely quiet as it is not in the center but still very short walk if you want to get to the promenade. Spacious balcony with a nice view to the sea.
The toilet in the bathroom is put in a way that it is very difficult to comfortably sit on it, I cannot imagine a person with larger proportions being able to sit there, it is right next to the wall and shower corner. Also every time we flushed there was water leaking under the toilet to the bathroom tiles so the floor was constantly wet. The AC control did not have functioning batteries so it was not possible to adjust the AC, you had to pull the plug out of the wall to turn it off and put it back in to have the AC on with the predefined temperature that you could not change.

Perfect location
Ant infested, very dated. Cleaners tried to come whilst asleep twice and woke me up.
