Perfect for romantic get-a-way or small family. If you are looking for a cabin with a truly breathtaking view along with privacy and convenience, you’ll find it with "Heart of the Country"! Heart of the Country is a TRUE log cabin. It's rustic with simplistic beauty. This is not in a cookie cutter neighborhood, it sits on a perfect site to maximize the beauty of the Smokies from the deck. The loft boasts a California King bed that faces the view, so you can start your day with the view of the mountains.

The cabin is only 10 minutes from Pigeon Forge and close to all major attractions of the area including Gatlinburg, Dollywood, Splash Country, Dolly Parton’s Dixie Stampede, Titanic Museum, Hatfield & McCoy's Dinner Show, as well as some of the best restaurants and shopping centers.
The floor plan features vaulted ceilings with floor-to-ceiling picture windows for a panoramic views.
The extra sleeping arrangement is a leather sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress.
The rustic stone fireplace has gas logs and the deck is comfortably furnished with rocking chairs, a dining table, a swing, and a hot tub. Even on rainy days the view is pretty great! You can note that it has high speed internet and smart TVs so you can log in and stream your favorite shows! The roads are paved all the way to the cabin. The driveway itself is steep and we do not recommend driving very low to the ground cars. PLEASE NOTE: WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU CHECK WEATHER/TRAVEL ADVISORIES. Also, the cabin is on a well, we reccomend bottled water for consumption. The mountains are unpredictable sometimes. We also recommend buying travel insurance.
September- Mid December is Ladybug season is the Smokey Mountains. We professionally treat for them and it helps somewhat, but they are everywhere.

Great place! Drive up the mountain and lock your doors on vehicles, bears are on this one! We caught this one on a one night stay coming through town.Nice place, perfect for the couple. Doordash delivers to home also. Thanks for having us on short notice.

Everything was great for our stay. Beautiful views, beautiful property. The hosts were great with communication. There is two small things to note that have nothing to do with listing or host. The road up the hill, especially for the corner by the cabin is very tight. Be very careful pulling in and out. Also, if someone is coming down the hill at the same time youre going up...theres really not enough room for both of you to get by. Second, the driveway is really only big enough for one vehicle. 11/10 experience would stay here again

The Heart of the Country cabin was delightful. The cabin was well appointed and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone looking for a getaway to the beautiful Smoky Mountains.
