Having read some of the negative reviews, we arrived prepared for unfriendly breakfast ladies, sleepless nights caused by an army of frogs, a mysteriously missing reception, and a swimming pool apparently built without a shower.
Our experience was rather different. :-)
The breakfast ladies were perfectly pleasant — perhaps we accidentally broke the spell by saying “good morning” in the local language. Who knew it could work such wonders? :-)
There is no hotel-style 24-hour reception — but then again, this is not a hotel. Instead, we were personally welcomed by a charming host with refreshing cold water on a hot day, handed our room card, and made to feel genuinely welcome. We’ll take that kind of hospitality over an anonymous reception desk any day.
The pool does have an outdoor shower — admittedly, it’s rather hidden. Consider finding it part of the experience; once you do, the location means you can shower without becoming part of the entertainment for the other guests. :-)
Perhaps some travellers occasionally need somewhere to ventilate a bad day, and an innocent accommodation happens to be conveniently available. We can only judge the place by our own experience — and ours was genuinely very good.
It’s a lovely, characterful place in a beautiful natural setting. If you come expecting a small, charming accommodation rather than a full-service hotel, there is a lot to like here.
We would happily return — frogs included. :-)

Bella zona vicinissimo alla spiaggia.
Buona la colazione.
Inizio con il parcheggio interno ( non custodito ) la notte lasciano i cancelli aperti, infatti, abbiamo notato che parcheggiavano dentro persone che non soggiornavano in struttura.
Le camere poco curate, zero sapone e muri pieni di umidità.
La notte e’ pieno e dico, pieno di rane! sono dappertutto, nel bocchettone dove dovrebbe uscire l’acqua in piscina , dentro la piscina, nei muri, sulle finestre e fuori dalla porta della camera.
Copri sdraio in piscina sporchissime con all’interno rane.
La piscina con l’acqua torbida e sporca.
Le signore delle colazioni poco cordiali.
Sinceramente non è stato un bel soggiorno.
