Do not book this unit or any unit managed by Vacasa. This unit does not have a functioning hot tub, and it was also dirty and smelled like cigarette smoke. I left several messages with the property manager, Vacasa, and did not receive a single response from them. I finally had to call VRBO who was able to reach Vacasa days later, but even then, Vacasa was still extremely unhelpful. I will never rent a unit managed by them again.

Great visit to Colorado
We had an amazing family vacation to Colorado. Silverthorn was strategically located close to all things Colorado: white water rafting; kayaking; zip lining; hiking; amazing dinners out; Alpine slides and coaster; ghost tour; farmer's market and Melissa Ethridge concert!!

We typically take 2 really nice vacations a year, and rent via VRBO or Airbnb. With the rising fees of these companies our vacations started to almost double in price. A room for $149 was over $250 With taxes, fees, and all the extra stuff they throw in. This was not the case with the VACASA!! I am so glad I found them!
This property, which I found last minute (!), Was phenomenal. The location was everything mentioned in the reviews. You could sit out on your deck in the morning, having coffee, and have amazing views of the mountains, Breckenridge, and the Dillon Reservoir. We also spent our afternoons on the deck, having happy hour! There was enough seating on the deck for four. The condo itself is very well equipped. The bedrooms are large, the bathrooms were also a decent size. The kitchen had everything you needed, full-size refrigerator, and every appliance you needed. The beds are the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. I think the website mentioned that they were brand new, so I’m going to try to find out what they are! I really need these in my home.
The location of this condo could not be more perfect. It was a short drive to the outlet mall, restaurants, Dillon, and hiking. We could actually hike right outside our front door. The pool and hot tub were an added bonus. We took several day trips over here, to Vail, and grand Lake. Both of these are also highly recommended. I did have a question for the staff, and was able to reach them easily on the phone. They were super helpful and very nice and professional. I can’t imagine ever using VRBO or Airbnb ever again. Amazing property & Vacasa is amazing, too!

Excellent mountain condo!
This was a great place to stay. We had plenty of comfortable space for our family of 5. Beautiful view from the balcony! The only tricky part was finding the correct wing of the complex. Would definitely stay here again.

The listing shows a fireplace, yet there was no wood in the room. We really wanted to build a fire on a cold night and that was part of the criteria for where we booked. All other condos in the building had stacks of wood on their decks yet the property manager told us to go to town to get our own (?). Could not check in or out one minute earlier or later due to “COVID cleaning”, yet we found evidence of poor cleaning... thick dirt and dust on top of fridge, headboards, pictures, half used toiletry items. Yuck. Could have used a map of the property to figure out how to find the room rather than drag our stuff up four flights and later discover an elevator in the adjacent building. Difficult to get key out of lockbox on door. Listing shows pool and hot tub available, yet they were closed. Should have disclosed that as well as lack of firewood upon booking. Pros- nice view and nice lay out in the condo.

Absolutely loved staying here! Ideal location - we were able to get to beautiful trails without getting into a car. The condo was perfect. The view from the patio was even better. Highly recommend and would absolutely come back.

We had a wonderful stay in this condo. The mountain views from the balcony were fantastic, and we really enjoyed relaxing on the balcony. Hiking Getaway
Absolutely loved staying here! Ideal location - we were able to get to beautiful trails without getting into a car. The condo was perfect. The view from the patio was even better. Highly recommend and would absolutely come back.

Super Dusty & Dirty condo. Disappointed!
Came up to Silverthorne with my sister. She’s never been there before. Got to the condo walked in and it smelled very closed up and stuffy. Then we made our way all the way inside and notice dust everywhere! Carpet was clearly never vacuumed and bathroom floors had hair from last people. Felt terrible and embarrassed for my sister to have to see this. Plus she has bad allergies. We almost left to get a hotel for her but hotels where booked up. Also, bath tub in master did not work at all. Sofa in living room is broken and there was hair and stains on it. We really felt very uncomfortable in this condo and didn’t want to touch a darn thing. It was gross and was not up to par at all. Shame on owners. And cleaning service if there really is one. I wonder what happened to my cleaning deposit because it certainly didn’t go towards cleaning this condo.

Great view, great location!
High enough up for amazing views. Close to Dillon, Silverthorne, Frisco and Breck made for a perfect base of operations for Summit County. My kids loved the loft, I loved coffee on the deck watching the sun rise.

We loved the location because it was in the same neighborhood to visit family locally. Amazing view, by far! Had the perfect accommodations we needed for our time in Silverthorne. Would stay again, for sure.
