I love that the hotel is very close to Line 2 metro stop.
There’s a lot of places around that you can get some decent food even at late hours of the night. The staff was supper helpful with any requests I had during my stay. And I particularly loved the robot bringing up my food straight to my room whenever I ordered. I think it was worth every penny.
The only thing was that when I arrived the cab tried to bring me to the door but couldn’t because the ramp was closed for some reason.

Loved my stay here. Staff were helpful and thoughtful, for instance letting me check out a couple of hours late when I was unwell on the last day. Washing facilities are really good. Great food available from little stores all around, by the way! Arrived at 9PM but easily found a 麻婆豆腐 just round the corner. Lovely fruit and 包子 shops just across the road too.

This hotel was brand new so everything was clean. We asked for a King size bed and that's what we got.
We had bottles of water given to us every day plus teas and coffee. Very quiet in the hotel. Breakfast was good but we just stuck to toast and pastries but buffet breakfast covered every taste.
Staff were very friendly and helpful and there was always someone who could speak English at reception.
Always asked if we needed anything if we were waiting in reception.
Location was good for the subway station too
Nothing negative to say about our stay.
