Great location, very helpful staff, amazing breakfast with buffet but also made to order noodle soup and omlettes, comfortable beds

Good location and nice pool area.
Be aware the air conditioning system is not a stand alone system in the room, it comes through vents from a main system in the building. This meant it was either too cold or too hot. It also kept going off in the night which meant you woke up all sweaty and didn’t turn on straight away. It also made loud noises from the vents.
The rooms were tiny, something you would expect from a major city but not siem reap.
The two beds were pushed together, not even a gap between them.
The Internet was spotty sometimes.
No smart tv, only one channel we couldn’t change.
