電子レンジ、冷蔵庫があるところ。
まずお湯が出ない、ずっと冷水でシャワーを浴びる羽目に。次に緊急連絡体制がなっていない、緊急時連絡取れるようにするべき。それにメールの返信が遅い(というかない)。フリーWi-Fiなのに、鍵付きだし、連絡しても返答ないし、管理体制見直した方がよい。

Good place, good view, fluffy cat lurking around
I left appartment for several days - they didn't found me and decided to cancel my stay, said, that they wrote booking.com support, and I'll get refund for left days of staying, but no refunds and no any info from booking

Pas de réception le weekend enfin on est arrivé trop tard le vendredi soir du coup on a été obligé de prendre un autre hôtel le vendredi soir et samedi et dimanche
On a demandé un remboursement ils nous ont dit de voir booking j on attend toujours
