Clean, well equipped and well located for the arena

Exceptionally clean and well equipped alongside being well located for the arena.

Property would benefit from blackout blinds in the master bedroom but it didn’t impact us too much.

Lovely clean, comfortable apartment. Everything you could need for a short trip.

If you are a light sleeper, then you might hear the flights landing at the nearby airport. However, this would not put me off staying again.

excellent stay, will definitely stay again

spotlessly clean, modern, comfortable and warm. nice and quiet for a good nights sleep. parking right at the door. shops very close by. excellent communication from hosts and easy to find.

perfect location for us and nice and clean

how clean the property was and had everything you needed there

the only negative point was the bed was uncomfortable and a bit springy but other than that it was very nice to be back as it was our second visit

The apartment was so lovely and in the perfect location, close to the centre and walking distance to p & j live if you are going to a gig. The hosts were great and gave us clear instructions for checking in and out.

Fantastic apartment, decorated to an excellent standard and well thought out inclusion such as coffee maker, emergency shower gell etc. Communication from the owners was very timely and very detailed so nothing was left to wonder. Would defibrillator stay again.

Fantastic apartment, so well equipped.

Lovely, cosy apartment. Very well equipped, everything was thought of. We visit Aberdeen a lot to see family, we'd definitely look to book again.

The facilities were in a good shape and clean. Well arranged and it felt like home all through our stay in the apartment.

Lovely place. Would book again!

Beautiful apartment, very spacious and fully equipped with all you could need. Great communication from the hosts throughout. It was like a home from home. Lovely decor and super spotless! Would recommend and would stay again. Thanks Netherhills Apartments.

Nice modern apartment

Spacious, modern, clean and well equipped accommodation. It's very straightforward to get into the centre of Aberdeen by public transport if required. There was a good off street parking space for the car as well.

It was all fine for us.

Lovely clean apartment, with all of the facilities you need for your stay. Great for families, couples or even alone. We have stayed a few times now to visit family and will be back again. Good base to get around Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire if you wanted to explore further.

It was comfy stay.

All good , had everything I need. Tastefully decorated.

Location , the area is known to be notorious with issues. I became aware after getting abused in front of the property before parking.

A ‘lie’ in the ‘city’

I liked only the shower as it was a Mira shower.

Was a shock to arrive into a council estate and see the apartment part of the estate. When I settled in I bought my baby’s cot for him to sleep in. When I left I accidentally left this and the host bombarded me woth calls amd texts in the space of ten minutes then gave us ten minutes to collect it. Once my husband collected it he could see there was no rush as the cleaners were still doing the place. Also wasn’t explained how to start the heating. Was cold for two days. My bed was like stone and not at all comfortable to sleep on. Bedding was fine. Used the washing machine and drawer was completely filthy. Used the dryer amd the compartment that gathers lint was full of the previous guests use. Disgusting. On waking up we saw I’m the kitchen nothing for breakfast so we had to go out shopping . The cofee machine was not possible to use just made a loud noise so I settled for the sachets of coffee. All soon ran out. What bothered me the most was how far this place was from Aberdeen city center so we had so much travel time and traffic added onto the stay. Was unhappy with this place amd do not think that’s a serviced apartment , at the very least there should be a one time breakfast basket for those who may arrive late night amd in the morning not have to run to shops. Being in a council estate had all walks of life living around amd some rowdy, groups of wild youths, amd neighbours always outside smoking. They really do mis advertise this place.

Great apartment

Owners communication was excellent. Apartment was very well equipped with everything we could of wanted for the stay. Loved the coffee machine along with enough pods for every morning. Apartment was very clean and tidy, handy location with easy access from all directions.

The apartment was roomy clean and well situated for shops, takeaways, the best being New East Chinese. Great WIFI for the kids to use there Tablets and phones, great baby sitter for the adults😉. Easy access to the town centre, and to see family members. I would recommend and definitely stay again.

Home away from home

Fantastic stay , spotlessly clean. This well equipped property had everything me and my family needed and some great little touches eg, extra dish washer tablets ect these apartment rentals normally give you the bare minimum. The communication with the hosts was great and on hand if we needed anything. Easy check in, I can’t recommend this property highly enough. We will definitely be back next time we are in the Aberdeen area. Thanks for a comfortable and relaxing stay.
