The room was clean, fresh and was cleaned every day. I he location was walking distance to everything and the staff were so helpful! Would definitely recommend and will be staying here again!

Very clean and quiet! Perfect location - short walk to old town and access to the Ponta Piedade right out front.

Location. View was good but not great in the bottom apartment.
Although the apartment was clean and smart (if you like minimalism) there were issues in the bathroom. The choice of materials used (concrete floor/hard rendered walls and wooden sink surround) in the original build have not proved robust. Lots of smudges/stains and a general feel of shabbiness was evident. However, I believe the bathroom was cleaned satisfactorily despite appearances.
