Beautiful and unique accommodation in the heart of Ostuni. Massimo was the best host I have ever encountered and helped my friend and I out of a travel crisis. He went over and beyond to take care of us and are forever grateful. Great property and close to everything!

This was a wonderful, relaxing, rustic retreat. We loved the swimming pool and the special dinner in the courtyard. Our bedroom was a bit small, but we had a kitchenette and outdoor courtyard. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We would recommend this as a great alternative to the busy coastal towns.

The farm itself was beautiful and the grounds were lovely to walk around. We had the tasting menu twice as it was so good. Armando showed all guests around the farm and was a wonderful guide. The swimming pool was lovely and surrounded by olive groves. Good breakfast, very friendly staff.
The only thing which was disappointing was being charged extra for the digestives at the end of our 2 meals. When these were offered at other restaurants we visited these were complimentary so we were disappointed to see them added to our bill when we checked out.

The location is stunning and it has tons of potential
The air conditioning was installed only in the main entrance area of the room. Since the bedroom was separated from that area by a door, it effectively had no air conditioning — a real drawback in the summer heat. The mattress was far too soft, likely due to age, and the topper had also seen better days. Water pressure in the room was weak.
Breakfast didn’t quite live up to the potential of the property or the image it presents. On the first day you’re asked to fill in a form choosing what you’d like to eat, and you’re then served that same breakfast for the rest of your stay. My wife is lactose intolerant, and although she pre-ordered a lactose-free yogurt a day in advance and was assured this would be no problem, the next morning she was served a regular yogurt because none was available.
Finally, they offer a lovely lunch-box service by the pool; however, they overlook the details: you are charged 20€ for a small lunch box and a bottle of water is not provided with the box.
