THE NEXT LEVEL OF LUXURY! Superb beach views from this twelfth floor unit along with top-notch accommodations of this beautifully updated condo make this the right choice for you! Expansive sliding glass doors open from the living area to a large, well-furnished balcony with views of the sandy white beaches of the gulf. The living area is furnished with comfort in mind, and features a queen sleeper sofa. The kitchen features lovely granite, stainless appliances, white cabinets, and generous counter space. The master suite is beautifully furnished with a king bed, HDTV, and a spacious bath with double granite vanity tops, updated cabinets, a spacious tiled shower and soaking tub. The second bedroom offers a queen bed with access to an updated second bath that opens to the hallway for convenience. There is a stackable washer/dryer and WIFI is complimentary.
Tops'l Resort offers over fifty acres of lush landscaping with approximately 600 feet of private beach. There is a nearby fitness center at Grand Boulevard that is available at an additional cost. Tops'l Resort also has its own beach service (chairs & umbrellas) available for guests to rent. *Our rental does not include access to the Tops'l Fitness Club and Tennis or Blue Dunes Grill.
CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.

The beach view was from the living room and not the bedroom. I usually have an ocean view from the bedroom and the pictures were slightly deceiving. I stay at Top’sl every year, so I love the location and amenities of the property.

First of all, the location is perfect! I cannot stress that enough! HOWEVER, be prepared to be treated like a second hand citizen if you don’t book through Top’sl preferred booking agent. If you book with VRBO or anyone else you will not have access to the lower pool, the pool bars, restaurant and certain restrooms. This was not disclosed during the booking process. In fact, we were even encouraged by the Top’sl attendants to leave a negative review because of this, which honestly, I wouldn’t normally do, but these issues truly became a problem as the trip went on. Also, be aware there is no handicap access to the beach and the “attendants” lost the key to the beach capable wheelchair. On check out day the cleaning ladies (with her baby) showed up and walked into the condo almost an hour before check out and then proceeded to just stand outside the door until we left. To be fair, the condo itself was great and the location, again, is perfect but the way we were treated was absolutely atrocious!! Highly considering staying somewhere else like Sand Destin next door, next year.
