Beautiful location. Spacious room with balcony and sunset views. Restaurant with large TV to watch football.

High cost of parking on site. We parked elsewhere. Sadly, Real Madrid beat Manchester City.

Rooms were great, staff unfriendly and sometimes even rude. We were having a drink on the terrace at 23:30 when we were finishing one staff member threw the door in the face of a lady and directing her to go through another door. Also the breakfast is rather 3 star than 5 star, cheap quality and a lot of processed food also the acoustic in the breakfast room was terrible and 20€ per person not worth it around the corner you can have breakfast for 15 euros with fresh bread pastry etc. like really noisy also queing for coffee, toast. Also having yo pay for parking whilst having many spaces free is not OK, also in a 5 star you would expect a mini bar not having to request to fill it against payment. Definately the grounds are nice and well maintained but it just lacks the 5* experience if you ask me and all the other people. We had lunch at the pool 2 burgers and 4 beers for 86€ is just excesive. Also it would be good to have water and some fruit in the lobby, just those small details.
