I started staying at The Ritz-Carlton Jakarta since 2025, My trips are between 3 to 4 times a year, and it never disappoints.
The staff, food, facilities, and location are all exceptional, it truly feels like a second home.
I can't wait to visit again on December 25th to celebrate Christmas with them. The staff Melany is always welcoming and she take cares of my special request all the time. Thanks Melany!!

**10/10 — An Amazing Family Getaway!**
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Ritz, and I can honestly say it was a perfect, stress-free four-day family getaway.
The staff were amazing from beginning to end — incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They were especially wonderful with my 4-year-old son and made our whole family feel so comfortable and well taken care of. We actually felt so welcomed that we ended up booking another room for my sister’s family as well!
The breakfast is always amazing, as it has been for us for many, many years. We also really enjoyed the Ritz Kids activities. My son had such a great time with the cooking class, scavenger hunt, and other activities. The kids' meals were also a great touch.
We loved having lounge access, and the swimming pool was beautiful, quiet, and relaxing — exactly what we needed for a family break.
We also booked airport transportation both ways, and everything went smoothly and professionally.
Overall, it was simply perfect. From the wonderful staff and family-friendly activities to the food, pool, lounge, and smooth airport transfers, everything made our stay relaxing and enjoyable. We left feeling refreshed and already looking forward to coming back!

The staff at the Club lounge at 26th floor. Very helpful and respectful.
The Receptionist named Britney and the supervisor which I forgot the name (a lady with long hair and blue/black suit). They are not representing a service of Ritz Carlton hotel. Serving with insincere smile, not responsive to guest’s concerns and very slow in check in process. We have to wait until 3 pm to check in and need to check by ourselves whether the room is ready or not. She promised us a newly refurbished room yet we got a humid, old and unpleasant odour room. Very unlike 5 stars hotel service. We have been traveling to 35 countries around the world in 4 & 5 stars hotel like Banyan Tree, Marriot Hotels, Sheraton, Shangrila etc. All the staffs are genuinely friendly and have the courtesy to make every hotel guest feel convenient and comfortable despite of just sticking to the rules like a robot. Definitely will not staying again in Ritz Carlton Mega Kuningan Jakarta.
