The property was cozy, clean, and comfortable, with a lovely pool right in front. What made our stay truly special was the wonderful family and team who looked after us. Mika made breakfast every morning, and Mika surprised us with delicious homemade desserts, including banana cake and milk pie. The banana cake was so good that I even asked for the recipe, and she kindly printed it out for me—I promised to make it and share the result here!
Yota was also incredibly kind and made delicious food, while Stefan was always helpful and even took me to the airport. Everyone was so warm and welcoming that we truly felt at home. The location was perfect too, just a 7–8 minute walk from Faliraki Beach and close to the main street with great restaurants. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would happily stay again!
The only minor issue was the lack of mosquito screens on the windows. The September weather was lovely, and we wanted to enjoy the fresh air without using the AC, but mosquitoes could get inside. Adding screens would be a great small improvement.

We had such a great stay here! The location was perfect, about a 10 minute walk to the beach, plus there was a bus stop close by and parking too if you have a car. Lots of shops nearby as well, super convenient.
It was quiet and clean the whole time. Breakfast was a really nice Swedish buffet: omelettes, boiled eggs, cereal with milk, Greek yogurt, veggies, pastries, fresh fruit and the coffee was really good too.
The staff were so kind and welcoming. It's a family run business and they helped us with everything we needed. We also loved the pool with sun loungers and there was a pool bar where you could order drinks or food, which was a nice bonus.
Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it!
Only thing that could be better is they didn't have shower gel or shampoo and the TV was a bit small and kind of far from the bed.
