The Palms Resort

The lovely Palm resort and Staff such a lovely place to stay in Holetown Barbados so easy to walk everywhere I actually enjoyed that walk down the road ..The staff are very helpful and friendly and will try to get whatever you want done as soon as they can.. The cleaning team are so patient and kind .. Would I stay here again? I most definitely would.. Thank you everyone inshallah I will come again..

The only thing that was difficult was that sometimes I was unable to use the swimming pool because it was full of children most of the time or guests friends but I just went to swim in the sea instead.

This is a complex of apartments in a quiet area, with a pool. The apartment I had on the second floor is spacious, with a living room, kitchen, balcony, bedroom, bathroom, and cupboard room. The apartment was good, clean an well equipped. This is particularly useful for longer stays

The contact with the property was not so ideal. I received quite a few messages with "warnings" regarding what I should and should not do, what to bring with me and being on time, because otherwise the booking would be cancelled. There was also no option to change the booking or get a refund if the booking was changed. When I asked to print out boarding passes, I felt like I was bothering the staff and had to pay a dollar for each page. I didn't feel very welcome as a guest. There could be more electrical plugs in the living room. You need a car to go to a supermarket or a restaurant.

Staff were amazing. Had an issue with a lost key to the safe and they sorted it almost immediately. Lovely cleaner Coleen

Nice pool, some lovely staff (some) rooms well laid out, fully equipped with everything you’d require!

Some staff attitude, very patchy WiFi, big TV which would have been nice if it worked! Toilet don’t work for near 4 days, repeatedly asked for a fix and promises were constant, unfortunately that was it…
