We had a great stay and would definitely recommend Ionian Aura. The room was very clean and well looked after, with fresh towels provided daily. It was quiet at night and we had an amazing view from our room. The host was very friendly and attentive and offered to help us book activities and arrange our airport transfer, which we really appreciated. The pool was always clean, with plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas available
The shower is quite small and, after showering, the bathroom floor tends to get very wet. Also, the accommodation is located on a hill, which we hadn't paid enough attention to when booking. It's around a 15-minute walk downhill to the seaside, but the walk back uphill takes a little longer and can be quite a climb. It didn't negatively affect our stay, but it's worth keeping in mind when booking

Really excellent ! The staff were so nice, they helped us each time we needed to pick a taxi to go to Zante or when we needed information. The location is good, calm and with a view on the see. Definitely recommend this place !
The room was a bit warm, so we had to keep the air conditioner (a little noisy) on at night.
But it was acceptable though.

Personnel have been nice to us. No problem with them at all. Manager is a cool guy. Everyday cleaning. Pool with option to have coctail, snack. Once our kid got sick they changed bed-sheet more often than stated. Fresh orange juice during breakfeast.
The shower is something horrible, I would say it is better at campsite. Water is literally everywhere. Poor equpped kitchen - no useful knife, no sponge, no soap for dish, no mop for water in bathroom. Breakfeast were almost same for 12 days, little bit overcrowded during breakfeast. No high-chair for baby so we had to use pushchair, we have been provided with it on last 3 days. The mattress in baby cot smelled by urine. We found out after our kid has all hair smelled by it. Disgusting. We experienced much better acommodation for lower price in Greece summers before.
