Ótimo atendimento, todos os funcionários foram muito atenciosos. A pousada é linda, muito aconchegante, confortável e bem cuidada. Tem um visual lindo da piscina, um ótimo lugar pra curtir e descansar após os passeios na ilha. O café da manhã tinha muitas opções de alimentos frescos, com algumas opções de pratos feitos na hora. Oferecem um lanche da tarde que é um aconchego depois de um dia intenso de passeios. À noite tem um restaurante próprio com ótima comida e preço abaixo da média dos bons restaurantes da ilha. Ótima estadia, recomendamos sem dúvidas e assim que pudermos voltaremos!

what made special is really the staff, especially reception guy - even they let me to have early check in, give all his recommendations (what to visit & where to eat). The pool also really nice, with great view of morro do pico
the room is quite small, and the bathroom very humid.

Os bangalôs, apartamentos e a área da piscina são maravilhosos e bem cuidados.
No café da manhã não tinha iogurte e o atendimento prestado pelos rapazes não foi nada simpático, exceto um que falava portunhol. O restaurante ficou fechado um dia, no dia que abriu não tinha vários pratos e o atendimento foi ruim. Desistimos. O pior atendimento foi do rapaz que estava no restaurante no dia 11/07. Todas as mulheres que nos atenderam foram simpáticas e eficientes.
