The location was fantastic. The staff were very friendly and made us feel very welcome. The food was very tasty, and we enjoyed the Michelin restaurant experience
With benefit of hindsight, I feel we would have preferred to have stayed near to the main building rather than on the ground floor of a separate building as we had not much of a view of the surroundings and it felt very dark in there

the location is very beautiful
The receptionist was blunt and unhelpful when we were trying to find a taxi or Uber. Could the hotel not offer a car service?
The waitress did not even apologies to us when our fish as main course was under cooked.
