The mill is slightly off the coast to coast walkoutside a lovely village called Osmotherly. It is on he edge of a very large campsite. It made a nice change from multiple pub hotels on the walk. The staff were very friendly. The building is recently refurbed and all is lovely and new. We enjoyed pizza and beers in the evening and large breakfast. They had a pool table

Receptionist is a lovely lady. Food was excellent. The place has lots of potential.

No TV in room. No tea or coffee making facilities in room. When I have paid £145 for a night I expect the very basics in a room. It needs to be advertised better that you don't offer these facilities. I would not have booked. You have a TV room which doesn't have a smart TV again not acceptable for the price paid.
