The dorms were spacious, and there were big lockers for you to keep your belongings. There was a lovely mountain view out of the window. The breakfast was great with a huge variety to choose from - ham, cheese, vegetables, bread, spreads, yoghurt, cereal, granola, juice, even mini pancakes which were very popular with the children. The receptionist was helpful in recommending things to see and do.
There were only three sockets for eight people in the dorm but it was never really a problem - we just took turns and shared. The location was a bit inconvenient - a 30 minute walk (including a rather steep slope!) from the train station, but it was still possible to access different hikes with the free buses.

Very accessible, clean, everything I needed was there. The grounds & garden where amazing , the breakfast hall was beautiful.
The breakfast buffet was the best breakfast I ever had in any property I visited. It was plenty it was fresh. The coffee was suburb that was not one thing I could’ve foulted.
We had a slight issue and concern and the staff dealt with it promptly and efficiently and made us feel cared for and safe.
I liked everything.

The view of our room is very nice because of the mountain views. The place is very relaxing.

I really love the morning view.
The location was unexpected. The whole place was so dark. There is no street lights and we were shocked that there is no transportation going to the hotel itself since the road is on repair. We walked through the dark pathway and did a little hiking going to the hotel. It was our first time there thats why we were so frightened. To add, it was a hotel for young ones and they were so noisy even at the middle of the night. We didn’t have a restful night. But to be fair the breakfast is good and We really love the view.
