A very attentive and helpful host. The location was perfect,within walking distance of the main tourist sites and the Grand Bazaar and the ferries. There was lots of space for the 5 of us, the beds were comfortable.
As previous reviews have mentioned the shower doesn't drain well which wasn't a big deal for us but for some it might be.

The location and area is superb if you are seeking some peace and quiet. A very beautiful part of Istanbul.
Excellent host and good value for money.
Signage to indicate where the kitchen and communal area is. There is a little beep at the front door the sounds with regular intervals. Not sure what it is for?

Good location in Sultanahmet. Basic hotel but clean. Breakfast is not provided, but there are many restaurants nearby. Quiet place.
It is an Ottoman-era house with rooms adapted for tourism. The bathroom shelf is of glass with edges too close to the toilet; you can hit it with your head if distracted when you stand up.
