This home was built for family entertaining, with a floor to ceiling fireplace, gourmet eat-in kitchen, and adjacent dining area for everyone. Three Pines Lodge is the perfect vacation setting for whole family. Just outside the great room is a scenic covered patio with a gas grill and big views of the Rope Rider Golf Course and Tipple Hill. You can also see Swiftwater Winery just beyond the tee box. The outdoor living space boasts a huge gas fire pit and a private hot tub. The main floor master bedroom is furnished with a King Bed and a smart TV w/cable. The connecting master bath features an amazing dual head walk-in shower. Just off the great room is a Queen guest bedroom that is supported by a full bath across the hallway. Upstairs you will find 3 additional bedrooms. The spacious King master suite features a large tile bath and smart TV w/cable. There is an additional Queen guest bedroom and a fun bunk room with 2 sets of Twin over Twin Bunks. These bedrooms are supported by a large guest bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Just outside the bunk room is a bonus room furnished with a couch, comfortable kid’s chairs, smart TV w/cable, and an XBox One gaming console with a few games. The whole family will enjoy the heated garage game room that features a Ping Pong Table and Foosball! ** Please note, we are unable to offer access to the Suncadia Swim and fitness center due to resort regulations that are out of our control. You will not be charged an $80 to $90 nightly "resort fee" when renting this vacation home. Maximum of 5 cars in the driveway. Suncadia prohibits street parking. **

Three Pines Lodge was a great home for our three generation family of 10. The grandkids spent a lot of time on Tipple Hill and surrounding smaller golf course hills sledding in the snow. The home is in an area that is quiet except for some late night holiday revelers next door. The home was very clean, the kitchen well equipped with everything we needed and room in the pantry for the food and supplies we brought. We were so grateful to the owners to let us have an early check-in to get set up before the rest of the family arrived. Two bedrooms have ensuite baths and the others are close to bathrooms, as well. The bunkroom was perfect for our grandsons and our granddaughter had a room to her own. The owners supplied a Christmas tree and some holiday decorations, so it was the festive experience we were hoping for. The garage had ping pong and foosball tables and a media center was located upstairs for the kids. Everything was absolutely perfect!

We had a great time at the Lodge at Tipple Hill! It was the perfect place for a work retreat for 7 ladies. We spent a lot of time out on the patio and it was perfect that there was shade and a sun area. The kitchen had a wonderful large table we played games at and the house had ample rooms and supplies needed. Quiet and serene, it was a lovely stay. We would definitely be back!

The huge housr is rrally amazing with surrounded beatiful golf, an attractive Hill(I believe it is Tipple Hill) and easy to vlimb and get an arial view.. very close to huge outdoor pool, also has a private Hot tub to relax, covered patio. And what not wiyh gas fireplace and indoor games. You have everthing you need inside and nearby with in 2 minutes walk. Forgot to mention.. OMG kids enjiyed bunk beds and Hot tub..

We are an extended family of three generations and Three Pines Lodge was perfect for us. The elders got the en-suite bedrooms, the couples got the queen bedrooms and the kids shared the bunkroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with tons of dishes and glasses for our crowd. The living room and dining area accommodated us well. And we loved skiing out the backyard. We didn’t spend as much time in the hot tub although it got good use, too. We did have several competitions in the garage game room. We will be back again for sure!

We were able to use the kitchen and to our surprise it was full of all types of cooking pans and equipment for us to be able to cook all weekend. Nine of us shared this lovely home for a winter long weekend. The home suited us perfectly. We played games for hours in the garage game room, skied right out of the back patio and cooked great meals in the well equipped kitchen. One of the few homes our extended family has rented that actually fit us in the living room. Hot tub was great as was the outdoor fire pit. Definitely a place we will come back to. Our hosts were very accommodating and responsive.

This was the perfect house for a group of people staying for a wedding at Swiftwater. We were all adults, but there were great options for kids as well there, with games and bunk beds. The kitchen was well stocked, and the hot tub and fire pit were amazing!

Right down to the cocktail shaker for our Manhattans ! There were 10 of us and the house was nice and spacious with lots of room and comfy bedrooms. We made good use of the hot tub, firepit, golf courses, corn hole ,beautiful walking trails and the Swiftwater Winery which was a short walk away. The garage also had a ping pong table and foos ball table. The back patio has nice furniture and a BBQ. Thank you, we really enjoyed our stay !

The only suggestion I have would be to have another heat source in the childrens bunk room/play area.
