Nestled in Poli Crysochous, this attractive condo for $44 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Thekla Court provide three separate Luxury self-catering apartments for holiday rental, situated in the outskirts of unspoiled Polis. The spacious apartments are designed for enjoyable living with private pool, great views to the sea and the mountains and parking space. With Sunny ground terrace and balconies and a secluded roof terrace (ideal for sun bathing, for a relaxing drink and for taking in the spectacular view) it is ideal for sun lovers, all fully equipped with sun beds, tables and chairs. Thekla Court consists of a 2 bedroom apartment and 2 separate studios, all with own facilities and own access to balconies or terrace; and with shared access to the pool (with separate shower and toilet ), the surrounding terrace and the roof terrace. These apartments are therefore not only ideal for individual couples, friends or families holidaying independently but also ideal for e.g. couples, friends or extended families that want to share exclusive holiday time together (e.g. around the pool, on the terrace etc.) while at the same time enjoying private space in their own apartment. The whole complex can easily accommodate (Studio 001 - 2, Studio 102 - 2, Two Bedroom apartment - 6) a group of 10 adults and all apartments can be booked together as well as separately. This Studio (Studio 001) is on the ground floor, is light and very spacious with excellent views. It contains a double bed, a 2 seater sofa bed, coffee table, dining suite, a full entertainment system including Satellite TV (NileSat). The kitchen area is very well equipped with fridge, fitted oven, hob and hood and washing machine. Patio doors lead to the Sunny terrace and the pool. There is a separate shower room with WC and a heated towel rail. A wash basin with cupboard is next to the shower room and opposite are fitted wardrobes. The Studio is fitted to a very high standard and include fly screens, air conditioning and central heating. If internet access is required at additional charge, Euro 13.00/week, Euro 38.00/month, please request it when booking. Internet Access is also available in several places in Polis, just 5-10 min walk from the apartments. It is 20min walk to the nearest beach, Chrysochou Bay and 8 min stroll to the town centre with all its amenities: restaurants, banks, supermarkets etc. For 2 weeks stay: 20 % DISCOUNT off Nightly prices (January to December inclusive). Polis provides a pleasant, friendly environment for a relaxing or romantic holiday & an ideal base for activities, e.g. cycling, biking, hiking, snorkeling, scuba-diving etc. Exploring the spectacular Akamas nature reserve is a must, so is a visit to Latchi with its fishing port, beach, harbour-side restaurants, sea-sport facilities & boating excursions. Both are a short car/ cycle ride away. Natural Healing Spa, Paphos & Trodos Mountains - easy access by car. For Golf enthusiasts: Paphos offers several excellent golf courses, The Secret Valley Golf Club (6120 meters and 18 holes plays to par 72 ) is 18 km east of Paphos, the most recently opened is the luxurious Aphrodite Hills (6299 meters and plays to par 70). Tsada Golf Course (6060 meters and 18 holes, plays to par 72) is the nearest, it is just 25 minutes away from Polis. As it is on an elevated position 550 meters above sea level it benefits from cool breezes during the summer months. There is a Natural Healing Spa resort in nearby Miliou (Ayii Anargyri Natural Healing Spa Resort). It is a short car drive away, situated next to Miliou's healing springs. Perfekt appartement: prachtig uitzicht, op loopafstand van Polis, zwembad op 4 meter, royaal terras (ook op het dak). Van hieruit mooie tochten door de bergen gemaakt naar kloosters, moeflons; via Pegeia naar strand bij Agios Georgios - luxe strand en restaurant en toch betaalbaar. Wandeltochten vanuit Aphrodites Bad naar Fontana Amorosa, vanuit Neo Chorio naar top Mavri Schinia (428m). Laatste dag voor terugreis een nacht in Paphos: archeologisch museum. 's avonds hier een theatervoorstelling meegemaakt (engels ondertiteld). Kortom: genoten! Als er problemen waren, werden deze snel verholpen (airco)

Das Studio im Erdgeschoss ist für 2 Personen absolut ausreichend. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, die Klima tut was sie soll und der Pool ist von der Schiebetür nur 2 Meter entfernt. Diesen teilt man sich lediglich mit den anderen beiden Wohnungen, wir hatten ihn aber meistens für uns allein. Einziges Manko, das Bad ist doch sehr klein und die Töpfe/Pfannen in der Küche müssten mal getauscht werden. Die Lage ist Optimal für ruhigen entspannten Urlaub. 10-15 minuten gehweg bis ins Dorf und 5-10 Fahrminuten bis Latchi. Dort gibt es wie auch im Dorf jede menge Restaurants und Bars. Unbedingt für einen Tag ein Boot leihen (Latchi Watersports 190-220€) und die Küste erkunden. Einfach Traumhaft! Im Ort gibt es einen großen Supermarkt und auch alles andere was man braucht. Fahrtzeit nach Pafos ca. 1 Stunde. Die betreuung sowol durch die Vermieterin als auch die Betreuerin vor Ort waren sehr gut. Thank you Carol for your Service :-) Der Preis ist angemessen und wir können das Studio nur weiter empfehlen. Perfekt für Leute die ruhe suchen und keinen Luxus eines 5 Sterne Hotels brauchen.

My wife and I spent our holidays in Thekla Court in October during 2 weeks. Villa is situated near the center of Polis in about 5 minutes by food. The way to the beach takes about 15 minutes. It is a very nice and comfortable place, there are no a lot of people but you can go to the pubs or restaurants if you wish. We rent studio in Villa – it contains fridge, washing machine, etc. You also can use own swimming pool. There is a big parking for cars. If we will take a holiday in Cyprus, we’ll rent this villa again :)
