A wonderful garden, very well maintained, very beautiful. We were greeted friendly from Anthony Jr, who showed us our cabin. It was in the back of the property, has a very beautiful porch in the back. The cabin is colorful from outside and inside and has everything we needed, even a Microwave. The AC functioned well, the blankes were soft. We slept very well. The Owner even showed us a sloth directly up in the trees! Sodas, the town and the beach are in walking distance, there is a little supermarket direkt vis a vis. A perfect place for us, we loved it! It was a pity, we only stayed one night.

We stayed in the cabins before and after our Corcovado hike. The rooms are a bit run down, and the AC was not working on the first night. On the second night, we requested a different room, which was better, although smaller. The property has a beautiful garden where you can see birds and monkeys, and there are crocodiles in the nearby creek. There is a shared kitchen with most basic amenities. It was fine for a short stay
Compared to other properties in Costa Rica, the price feels high for the standard offered. No hot water. No credit card payments

Great location on edge of town, 2 mins walk from airport, 10 minutes from Public Pier and surrounded by jungle. Super friendly family that own it. Nice private room. Air con.

The setting was beautiful- very secluded. The cabinas were adequate, brightly painted and well-kept. The grounds were very clean and beautiful with native mangrove and palms. The AC worked well, and there were fans in the rooms. There was a huge rancho with a kitchen, fairly-well stocked for campers.
Although the appearance was secluded, there were busy streets and neighborhood just beyond the perimeter, so crying babies and barking dogs were noticeable with the traffic noise. The main detraction was the complete lack of amenities- not even a plastic cup in the bathroom. A tiny bar of soap. And in the common area- rancho- there was not a cup of coffee, bottle of beer or soda, available for purchase. No food. You are welcome to go to the market and buy supplies, and store them in the kitchen. But of course, they are accessible to anyone. (Our cheese was taken.). But hot coffee, even to purchase, would go a long way towards making this hotel comfortable.
