The location is great as it is walking distance to Albufeira old town and it's close to a supermarket. The place was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. The bedrooms were a good size with plenty of storage space. The pool area was very nice and looked clean and well kept.
The aircon was terrible. We only used it at night as it was incredibly hot but it was really noisy and hardly produced any cold air.
We were a party of 6 and the main balcony was not really big enough to be comfortable. Also, the main balcony gets the sun all afternoon until sunset and there was no adequate umbrella or awning to give shade.
The cleaning lady in charge after we left was incredibly rude. We were out 10 minutes before 10am and just packing up the car and she was complaining loudly about us not being out yet! She was talking in Portuguese but both my adult kids are fluent in Portuguese and English.

Very close to motorway , quiet , easy park , easy access to everywhere , friendly staff , cozy house
Mattress a bit too hard . ironing board broken . Shower water not tempering , or too cold or too hot

We have just returned from a fabulous week away at Villa albufeira, the villa was fantastic! Very spacious and clean, everything you need plus extras, the swimming pool was brilliant, the whole complex was well looked after.
Great location, a little out of town, took us about 15-20 minuets to walk in with a little person!
We can't wait to come back 😊

The location was where We wanted to be .
The Apartment was spacious and had everything We needed.
The pool Area was lovely
Never seen a member of staff all the time We were there.
I would have like to be able to use on site restaurant but it never seemed to be open yet they used it as a selling point. When My Husband sat at the pool to put Sun cream on Our Grandsons.
The furniture just collapsed causing him to have a gash on his head that needed 5 Stitches
A couple of guests came to help .
One Person who lives on the complex even took us to hospital and brought us back while We were there He checked on Our boys.
I did report it to Bernardo he was just interested in the chair that collapsed saying that it was not the complex chair than My husband’s injury at the age of 71 it could have been a lot worse.
I think at the very least someone could have come to check He was ok .
