Property manager met us , even helped with the luggage. Walked us through unit and building.
Well stocked kitchen.
Great location. Grocery store right down stairs. Close to other stores, restaurants and beach.
Could walk everywhere, no rental needed.
Appreciate the vacuum. Kept sand controlled.
Expect busy weekends and noise ( to the wee hours ) from a bar down below.
Don’t expect pool heat. 🥶
There was a beach umbrella. Maybe a ball or beach toys and beach chairs could be left for renters.

Muy bien ubicado , el apartamento en cuanto a distribución e dotación de todo lo necesario, excelente
Por causa de ser edificios con varios años , se percibían olores desagradables en las áreas comunes , los ascensores bastante deficientes y conseguimos muchísimas chiripas o cucarachas
