WINDOWS ARE NOT SOUNDPROOF. Ambulance sirens all the night

Pleasant location. Clean room. Big TV. Kitchen with coffeemaker and teapot.

IT WAS SO NOISY ! The windows weren’t soundproof at all. The whole night the noise of the siren of ambulance. Later we’ve found out that there is a ambulance station nearby. For such kind of location you have to have soundproof windows.

It was nice

Everything was new, it was clean, we could cook there were things to help us

For us the room was kinda cold and we wanted to use more often the heat. Also the water it was hot but sometimes turned to cool

Best in Liberec!

Amazing! We had the room with a sauna and bathtub and it didn't disappoint! Everything comes with clear instruction including sauna usage. Location of the hotel is great and the balcony provides some good views of the streets too. If we ever come back to Liberec we will definitely book this place again!

Comfortable apartments in the heart of Old Town

Great location! The apartment has everything you need in the kitchen and bathroom. Very pleased with the drawer with children's toys.

Deceptive photos

Location. Cleanness. Modern furnishings.

The room was small and the pictures of the room were incredibly deceiving. The room was completely different from what was shown in the pictures during the booking. Perhaps the 45th picture for the property was the room we got. And even now when I'm asked to write the review in the app it shows a picture of a completely different room (much nicer) at the top of the app. Be careful about which room you book.

Great accommodation and host!

First of all, Lenka, the host, was very reactive and professional. She was able to assist us, with the need for a parking for 2 cars and was available to support on further questions. Really appreciated the clear and friendly communication exchange. The hosts also offer a written notebook. With recommendations, we went for one of the restaurant recommendations, and we were delighted by the food. Secondly, the flat is gorgeous and was very clean, nicely renovated, beautiful high ceiling and a typical wooden floor with all the need amenities for a comfortable stay (towels, extra bed sheets/pillow, kitchen with all the basic equipments/tools) Finally, the location, you have a Billa/coffee/barber/tobacco... all within 100 meters around from the house and for those going skying, like we did, there is tram number 3 stopping in front of the house. I highly recommend this accommodation and will be keen on coming back.

The wifi works. However, it seemed that only the UPC wifi was working while the second one, we could not see it in the available network list, also, maybe its a coverage issue but the UPC was connecting and disconnecting from our devices from time to time. That said, it did not bother us much as we were there on holiday looking to disconnect.

Good

I liked that it was stylish and very close to the city centre. It was clean. I liked that the owner gave me clear instructions and they were communicative.

-It didn't have an elevator so you had to walk to the fourth floor. If you have a luggage, it is not easy. -I could hear what was happening outside and on the other rooms. Acoustics need to be improved. -The bed was not very comfortable.

Very nice accomodation! Lena is very helpful, contactless check in. Very clean. Everything you need is there.

Double check in procedure (online and in paper). Perhaps an official electric car loading possibility?

There were extra coffee pods and tea along with a glass of wine. Amazing hosting, super clean and spacious living! Highly recommended

It was clean, there was an espresso machine, and the bathroom was well-decorated and the shower had a handheld as well as a “rainfall” nozzle. Lenka was very nice and understanding with a late check-out. Thank you, Lenka.

Great apartment in the middle of the city.

That point is easy. Communication is key and Lenka (host) is super nice. We had some really simple questions and she answered in the booking app within seconds! Everything was there, the apartment was as described and in the city centre. One of the best bakeries straight on the other side and it was lovely. If you choose this apartment, you will not be dissapointed.

Really hard to say, cause it has nothing to do with the apartment that its location is within a city and there are trams, police sirens and everything else which is loud - nothing you can blame the apartment or the host. So you are in the middle of the city, be aware of that.

2 nights in Liberec? Great idea!

Let's start with a great location. Close to the market square and the main attractions of the city. In addition, you can find a lot of good restaurants and cafes around (one even with a discount for guests!). Very nice owner, willing to help us and provide valuable information. There is also a parking space for guests (for free), located at the back entrance to the building. The apartment had everything you need: from having a drink to making breakfast or dinner. The bed was large and very comfortable. There is a TV opposite, so evening chill was advisable. Bathroom small, but not tight. We definitely recommend it to everyone.
