Situated in Vail, this charming condo for $250 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Come enjoy a mountain retreat at “Aerie in Vail”! Great views of Vail Mountain. Great location. Comfortable condo. You will be vacationing in a cozy warmly decorated 1 bedroom, 1 bath condominium in the Homestake Condominiums in Vail. It is south facing for plenty of sun and views of the village and the slopes. It is a lofted 1 bedroom featuring quality queen bed upstairs and pull-out couch downstairs. Imagine this: You don’t even need to take your head off your pillow in the morning to check out the slopes. Just open the electric window blinds from your bed and take in the day’s view! You can put your feet up and enjoy the wood-burning fireplace and flat-screen TV. Free Wi-Fi. The kitchen includes granite counter tops, custom cabinets, stainless steel appliances and and is fully stocked with all the basics if you chose to eat in. Counter seating for 4. There is also an outdoor deck with gas grill and two comfy chairs for enjoying an après ski view of Vail Mountain and surrounding valley. The bathroom features a heated towel rack and Kohler jetted tub for added après ski relaxation. Free Parking for two cars in front of building. This quiet condo is just steps away from the free Ski Shuttle to Lions Head pedestrian bridge (5 min) and Vail Village (9 min). Village restaurants, bars and shops are all right there! Vail is the premier ski area in Colorado and you will be in the Town of Vail on the north side of the valley. Many condos are down or up valley requiring a snowy drive to the ski mountain and pricey parking ($30+/day while you ski). Quick free Vail shuttle access to ski mountain and village is a real treat. Or it’s just a 5 minute drive to Vail Village or Lionshead parking garages. This condo was designed as my personal retreat and is freshly remodeled with quality throughout. Vail Lic # 012624

Julie was fabulous as was her place. The bed was extremely comfortable, bathroom with floor heater and heated towel rack was lovely and the wood burning fireplace with gorgeous view of the slopes was so cozy.

Beautiful condo, balcony, excellent views of Vail and surrounding mountains. fun to watch the snowcats after dark. quiet neighborhood and 5 minute walk to vails free 15 minute shuttle to gondola one. washer dryer, full kitchen and wifi. Owner very helpful and professional. will rent again.

Perfect place for 1 or 2 people stay. Absolutely excellent location. Just a quick trot to the bus stop and in less than 10 minutes you'll be in the Village! Clean and cozy. Also had a very sweet hospitality basket waiting for us when we arrived. Would happily stay again.

This wonderful condo is well depicted in the pictures, but probably understates how nice the property is. The condo appears to have been recently updated with all of the amenities you would expect and more (including bath towel warmer). The owner was very responsive to a couple of questions I had on check in. I would definitely re-book this property again. And the views are amazing!

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely property. Everything was as advertised. The house comes fully loaded with all needed essentials. The snacks were a thoughtful touch. This property is located near the bus line which is an added bonus. I would definitely stay again.

Wonderful place to stay
Easy to find and in a great location. Once we figured out to open the windows and doors, the mountain breezes kept the place very comfortable. Everything was clean and well kept. The kitchen was nicely equipped too. We will be back!!!

This is a lovely very cozy unit , well maintained and generously furnished with sundries and even a complimentary bottle of wine , snacks and basic cooking provisions . The in suite laundry is a real bonus for keeping up with your ski socks, long underwear,etc for skiing. Although we did rent a vehicle mostly to drive up and back from Denver ( and had access to a friend’s parking at the mountain) I would say that you can get away with not doing so as the local free Vail bus service is very prompt and timely. We would certainly return !

Anniversary ski trip was great at Julie's place, communication was great, no issues. Well thought out place. Towel heater and jetted tub were fantastic bonuses after the slopes. Bus stop close and best way to the hill in the morning. Would stay again for sure.

Excellent for Winter
We stayed in Julie’s place over Christmas and it was simply a wonderful experience.
The views of Vail were outstanding, especially as snow storms rolled in and cleared. The neighborhood is especially nice too with friendly neighbors regularly walking their dogs and saying hi with coffee in hand. It felt more like we were Colorado locals than visitors to a hotel.
At first we were a bit hesitant about the distance from the Vail lifts but it was the easiest bus experience I may have ever had. You just have to remember when the bus arrival times are (as posted on the bus stop) and then walk the 4 min down to the stop (the busses are very prompt). Once I walked to Lionshead instead of taking the bus for an early morning ski and it took about 30 minutes, not too bad.
I’d definitely recommend Julie’s place!

We had a wonderful experience as the owner was very customer service oriented and so very helpful. The condo was very clean. And she was so thoughtful to even leave us a goodie basket. All the comforts with a lovely view of the mountains and Lionshead Villiage gondola. The sunrise is lovely.

The condo is a sweet gem. The owner has really thought about everything to make not only your stay great/easy but also comfortable. The view outside the condo is perfect: electric blinds open and close to the enormous picture windows! I loved everything from the towel warmer in the bathroom to the in-condo washer/dryer to the pottery dishes to the REAL fireplace! I love it here. Convenient on bus route to get to Vail Resort and just up the road from the grocery store. This condo was perfect for two and would be fine for a small family... we had guests on two nights and felt the sofa bed could use a mattress upgrade--but that was the only "negative" (the couch itself is very comfy!). The owner had whatever we needed to cook & even provided a gift basket with goodies--So nice!
