Stunning Modern Beach Villa 500 Metres From The Beach With Sea Views.
Sleeps 10 + cot or z bed 5 bedroom new, luxury villa with private pool. Only 500 meters from Coelha beach, which has an excellent beach bar restaurant. One of the few new builds so close to the beach. Located at the end of a quiet cul de sac, in a private gated development of 5 other similar villas.
Furnished and equipped to a very high standard throughout. Top quality furnishing.Unique domed brick living room.Modern clean lines.Suitable for mature groups and families.
When making an enquiry please use the ask owner a question button NOT the request to book as it blocks the calendar for other guests looking as we have other villas .
Pool heating 250 euros cots 25 .Extras to be paid in cash on arrival together with a cash security deposit of 300 WIFI free.Check in is between 3pm and 10pm.Arrivals after 10pm will be charged out of hours fee of 50 euros to be paid on arrival.
BAGGAGE SAVING: Every guest will receive a pool towel for duration of their holiday and there is a hairdryer 'Changeover day is Friday only, but outside the peak season, we are flexible with duration of stay, prices and changeover day. Therefore, please CONTACT US with your requirements. We will do our best to accommodate your request.We have 4 rental villas so please ask regarding availability as we may have alternatives.Long term winter rents please note the base price excludes electricity. cleaning is not provided but can be arranged.IMPORTANT SECURITY CHECK:

No doubt the pool was the star of this villaSunshine on the pool all day very deep and much bigger than the photo suggests.Literally a 5 minute walk to the beach which had a lovely beach bar and if you climb the cliff you can watch the sun setting absolutely beautiful.The villa is kept exceptionally clean and looks brand new. Quiet location and with plenty of room for all 9 adults that stayed with us.All in all villa and location highly recommended

The house was beautiful and well equipped. The host addressed a minor detail with the coffee maker quickly and were gracious in providing breakfast from a bakery one morning! We paid for the heated pool and it made enjoying the water wonderful. There are many great restaurants close by as well as grocery stores. Will stay again if returning to Portugal!

Fantastic family villa on outstanding location, walking distance to beach, restaurants etc.. 5 star luxury villa on beautiful gated grounds so secure at all times. Can't wait to return next year
