Cambio stanza in un soggiorno di due notti senza alcuno sconto o benefit per compensare il disagio, nella prima stanza tripla il terzo letto era un divano, nella seconda stanza vi era una rampa di scale per arrivare alla camera (nessuno ci ha informati, evito di dire che una persona aveva una fasciatura al ginocchio). Il personale in reception e in sala aveva un’età media di 20 anni e non era autorizzato a risolvere alcun problema, con professionalità molto molto scarsa.
