Situated high along Marsh Mountain, this home puts you close to the action with heaps of activities just a short walk or drive away. Winter fun is at your fingertips with ski in/ski out access to Wisp's most popular slopes. Not your thing? No problem! Head on over to the base of the mountain for snow tubing, strap on some ice skates, or take a cruise down the mountain coaster! As the weather warms, explore the many hiking trails that the area has to offer with four state parks and miles of community trails. Enjoy boating, swimming, and fishing at your lake access, just a short drive away. Not to mention, this beautiful home boasts the envy of all: your own 12' by 24' private indoor pool! No matter the weather, Boulder Lodge is sure to bring out the best for your Deep Creek Lake vacation! ACCESS DETAILS: SKI IN/OUT ACCESS: Home is located just beside Chair 4 and near Chair 5 with easy access to slopes "Main Street" and "Eye Opener". Ski-in/ski-out properties dependent on slope availability. Slope availability does vary throughout the season.For slope conditions, please visit Wisp Resort’s website. STATE PARK ACCESS: This home provides 2 seasonal state park passes with reservations booked to arrive during the summer weeks (mid-June - Labor Day). Each pass allows 1 car-load of people to access the lake access area at Deep Creek Lake State Park at no additional fee, plus nearby state parks including Swallow Falls State Park, Herrington Manor State Park, and New Germany State Park. Instructions for obtaining these passes can be found in your check-in instructions prior to your arrival. COMMUNITY/AREA DETAILS: This home is located in the Boulder Ridge Community at Deep Creek Lake. Everything was as noted on the site. The whole house has been built for accepting guests. A big kitchen with a double stove, dishwasher, sink, and two refrigerators was so good. We would definitely like to choose the house for our next stay in the Deep Creek area.
The only problem was the very noisy exhaust fans I hope they fix them!

My birthday weekend was amazing and with this property it made it even better. From the pool to the porch to all rooms were clean ans well kept. Only thing if I had to pick something was the pullout bed was broken, but that was an easy fix with 1 phone call. They were ready to send someone that morning to try to fix it but we were having so much fun we decided that they can fix once we leave. Pool, hot tub all great. Guest in the area as we took a morning walk were all friendly. I would def rent again. Thank you for this wonderful experience for my birthday!

Family Getaway
My birthday weekend was amazing and with this property it made it even better. From the pool to the porch to all rooms were clean ans well kept. House had no heat for our stay. Was only called while two hours out and already on way. The management company provided us with several space heaters for our rooms and the living room had a working gas fireplace. The weekend ended up being a multi-thousand-dollar camping trip. The basement fireplace had a gas leak and smelled strongly of natural gas. One of the toasters was nonfunctional and almost started a fire. It literally had pieces coming out of it. No one ever called to check on our conditions during the stay. Still waiting to see if we will get a discount. Will never stay there again. Please fix your heat, check the basement fireplace for gas leaks, purchase a new toaster. Have grill ready for guests (tank was not connected and ignition button doesn't work). Also, there was no lighter or grill brush. There was a pile of beer cans in the backyard, under the deck, and around the outdoor hot tub (which we did not use, because we didn't know if it was cleaned - judging from the trash and beer cans around it).

The house was REALLY nice!
It would have been nice if there were screens on the Windows and a screen door on the sliding door so that we could open the windows and enjoy the fresh air. The house was, mostly, clean but they should pay attention to the gaps between the stoves and the counters. There was a lot of old food. They should invest in the silicone inserts that help to prevent the dropping of food.
Overall, a great time was had amd we REALLY enjoyed the pool, hot tub the game room in the basement!!!!!
