Pool was really nice, food was nice and always changing. Staff were nice and really attentive, hotel overall is highly recommended
In our building (8000) there was a shoe polishing station and the smell was soooo strong that it was coming into the room and it was awful. Even all my clothes in my suitcase smell like it when I unpacked. Also the shampoo and conditioner in the shower made my hair like straw, I don’t think it was either of those things.

Everything was excellent and even beyond expectations. Starting from welcoming Reception team " Moaz, Khaled, and the rest" moving to House keeping quick responsive support, up to the Customer Relation Manager Mrs. Walaa who all provided their best service and support to turn our accommodation to be the best ever.
It was my first visit there and planning to bring all my big family to keep this destination as annual base for all of us.
Some rooms require AC Maintenance, but Hotel always provide alternative solutions till they got it fixed.
