The breakfast was awesome, very nice chef and the people at the reception was awesome. Breakfast was ready for when I was ready to take it downstairs.
There was not elevator! It was kinda annoying having to go upstairs and then take all my luggage down by myself. Also it was not great the shampoo and conditioner, it felt really weird. There was no hot water… towels were dirty and made me feel uncomfortable. Also they were REALLY small, trash can also really small…. Floor was wet when I tried to take my shoes off.

The hotel is perfectly located to enjoy Orizaba. Walking to all the downtown tourist spots is easy. Taxis are avaible to go anywhere. The staff was great. The shower was awesome. We always had hot water. The a/c was wonderful.

Fácil acceso y cuentan con estacionamiento, bien por eso
Toallas sucias, baños sucios, le falta un poco de mantenimiento a todo para mantenerlo lo mejor posible, pero la atención del personal muy buena

Decent location.
Dead cockroach. Strange, dark bathroom. Seems a bit old fashioned room and old furniture. The design and paint is a bit off-putting.
